"Ever since I was a child I've been pretty active! Youth sports were a staple for me all the way through high school. I stayed in shape with activities like marching band and walking in college! I met some guys who were very fit and they welcomed me to join them in their workouts. it was TOUGH!! I stayed the course, they saw my growth and progress and encouraged me to get certified in Personal Training. I increased my knowledge and did it! Now I'm here to help you earn your fitness goals!
